Whole heads or half heads: what is the difference?
- Whole head: the head not split, with ears and cheeks, without tongue, in a 20 kg carton, 4 to 5 heads per carton.
- Half head: the head split in two, grade A, 1.7 to 2.2 kg per piece, in a 10 kg net fixed-weight carton, 4 to 5 pieces per carton.
They are two separate items, each in its own cartons. They can be loaded in the same container.

Ordering
The minimum order is one full 40ft container. One container can combine whole heads with other pork items (half heads, feet, neck bones) to match your market. Each offer states the weight per head, the carton type (fixed or variable weight), the number of cartons and the tonnage. Payment is agreed for each contract.
