Port and transit
- Dakar: Senegal's main port, and gateway to The Gambia and western Mali.
- Transit: about 12–15 days from Northern European ports, the shortest of our West African routes.
- Incoterms: CIF Dakar by default, CFR and FOB on request.
Documents and sanitary control
- Health or veterinary certificate from the competent authority of the origin country.
- Certificate of origin, invoice, packing list and bill of lading.
- French labelling.
- SGS pre-shipment inspection and temperature recorder on request.
- In Senegal, the DITP (fish processing directorate) controls fishery products and the veterinary services control meat. The importer obtains the authorisations; we confirm the requirements with them before each loading.
How to order
- Tell us the product, size and volume.
- We send a firm offer, valid for a few days.
- The contract or proforma invoice sets the price, Incoterm and payment terms, agreed contract by contract.
- We arrange loading and send the documents before the vessel arrives.

What is the minimum order?
One full container. A reefer can combine several compatible frozen products.
Is the beef halal?
Yes, on request: the halal certificate is issued with the origin plant for the whole container, before loading.
How long is the transit?
About 12–15 days from Northern Europe, depending on product and loading port.
Which Incoterm do you offer?
CIF Dakar by default; CFR and FOB if you arrange freight or insurance.
Do you ship to Mali or The Gambia via Dakar?
Yes, CIF Dakar with onward road transit arranged by the importer.
