What you are buying

  • The item: the whole beef foot, with bone, skin and tendons. It is cooked for a long time, in soups or stews.
  • Burnt or bleached: burnt ("singed") feet are flamed to remove the hair: the skin is dark and keeps a smoky taste that several markets prefer. Bleached ("white") feet are scalded, dehaired and then bleached. Both are on our site.
  • Packing: 20 kg carton, fixed or variable weight depending on the origin.
  • To be stated: the weight per piece and the container tonnage are given in each offer.
