What you are buying
- The item: the whole beef foot, with bone, skin and tendons. It is cooked for a long time, in soups or stews.
- Bleached or burnt: these are two different preparations. Bleached ("white") feet are scalded, dehaired and then bleached: they are white and clean. Burnt ("singed") feet are flamed to remove the hair: the skin is dark and keeps a smoky taste. Both are on our site.
- Packing: 20 kg carton, fixed or variable weight depending on the origin.
- To be stated: the weight per piece and the container tonnage are given in each offer.
