ATC Group is a trading company. We supply frozen heavy hen wings, class A, in full reefer containers to importers and wholesalers. The wings come from EU-approved plants. On our current specification, the birds are raised in the EU and slaughtered in Poland. They are whole wings, bone-in and skin-on. They are packed in 10, 15 or 20 kg cartons with an inner bag. Every offer states the origin, the carton weight and the container tonnage. The plant identification mark is indicated on the health certificate.

What you are buying
- The piece: the whole wing of the heavy hen (3-joint), bone-in and skin-on. The specification describes it as the humerus, radius and ulna with the surrounding muscles.
- Heavy hen: a meat-type spent hen. Its wings are larger and firmer than chicken wings.
- Class A: light, slightly pink colour; a slightly greyish tint is accepted on the frozen product. A few small pinpoint haemorrhages and slight skin reddening are accepted. Excluded: feathers, foreign matter, mechanical damage, numerous haemorrhages and freezer burn.
- Size: ungraded. The weight is confirmed in each offer.
- Safety: Salmonella Enteritidis and Typhimurium absent in 25 g, under Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005. Lead below 0.1 mg/kg, cadmium below 0.05 mg/kg. No GMO, no additives, not irradiated.

Ordering
The minimum order is one full 40ft reefer. Heavy hen wings can be loaded with other poultry products (chicken wings, leg quarters, whole hen), subject to loading compatibility. Payment is agreed for each contract and stated in the proforma invoice.
