How a wholesale order works with ATC Group
ATC Group sp. z o.o. is a Warsaw-based B2B trader of frozen food commodities. We supply importers, wholesalers, distributors and cold-store operators by full container load (FCL) in 40ft HC Reefer containers kept at -18 °C to -22 °C.
1. Share your requirement
Send the product, cut or species, packaging, quantity in FCL, destination port and preferred Incoterm (CIF, CFR or FOB) through the quote form, by e-mail or on WhatsApp.
2. Receive a firm offer
Our trading desk answers within 24 hours on business days with origin, specification, price, loading date and offer validity.
3. Contract and payment
We confirm a sales contract and work with an irrevocable LC at sight or TT, according to the agreed terms.
4. Loading and documents
Goods are loaded under continuous temperature recording. You receive the B/L, health and origin certificates, packing list and invoice for customs clearance.
